Erik just told us that his arrogance was only aimed at Foa Foa as a tactic to discourage them. He was actually humble around camp. He had no idea that the blindside was coming. He still harbors animosity towards his tribe for voting him out.

Shambo was not a very good player, but she was very loyal. Danger Dave was crazy, in every sense of the word; cool, hip, and a wildcard. Natalie is the schemer who made it all happen. He has no respect for Evil Russell, multiple times calling him “bush league”. He said that Jaison had checked out of the game and was not mentally playing any more.

Huge respect for Good Russell. When he left, Erik felt like he had to step up to lead the tribe and keep them together and strong.

Erik has a lot of strong feelings about what happened and how the game was played. Listen to the whole interview to hear it all.

26 minutes long. 9.4MB. Download it here.

I love survivor i watch it every Thursday my dream one day is to go on survivor. I am a sophomore in highschool and i think what will make survivor better is to have a highschool survivor with Higschoolers all around the world. It would be awesome if i was one of them but even if im not i still think it would be more interesting and you would have more people watch the amazing show survivor

Erik, got some good old fashioned karma. He acted like he had never seen an episode of survivor before. If you dont know what I mean, heres some survivor 101:
    - Act arrogant, cocky and condescending and youre next on the hit list.

Excellent episode, warms the cockles to see an arrogant cocky trash talker get blind-sided a minute later.

Was a classic blindside, I was rolling. Shambo no points on challenge how weak she didn’t even reach the field , doesn’t give much honor to the Marines, Rudy would have never performed so badly, but then he was Navy.

Erik was a good contestant, gave his all in challenges. He signed his own death warrant after the rant in TC after Russell S was pulled from the game. I wanted to see how he and Shambo
relationship may of developed because they were funny together.

Got to agree with Cory about the blind-side instigation. Contrast that with Russel’s aware play of the hidden immunity idol (H.I.I) and that’s a lesson for future survivors to take to heart. It didn’t take long for Russel to use the H.I.I. to find out who he could trust (hint: those who would keep his H.I.I. secret). Once he had the lay of the land, he knew enough to get rid of the H.I.I knowing it would create a problem; note carefully he jettisoned it like he was holding a broken H.1.N.1 vial and not an H.I.I.

Erik never saw it coming. The players should all be prepared for an event like that. They’re survivors in the jungle and each one does whatever it takes to survive.

I have watched every survivor since it started, I don’t Erik seen it coming, he looked a little surprised when he got voted off. But I wish the show would go back the way the first show, because for the last few season of survivor people has been lazy,I don’t know if they could survive if they were really in a place like that. And build a hut or start a fire or find something to eat.

Eric did not realize how disliked he was.
Actually, with the blindside you could almost hear America cheering.
What an assanine speech he gave. Showed his true colors and without any deals, or planning, everyone was thinking the same thing.Get the creep outta here.!
